Canadian Craft is a thriving industry that supports independent artists.

Welcome to our Crafthaus blog on Canadian Craft. I am Rickson Salkeld and I'd love here your opinions on all things crafty in relation to Canada including:

        Funding opportunities
        Shows and exhibitions
Canadian online marketplace and the global market
The 'ethically produced trend' in Canada and abroad
        Stores that sell handmade craft
        Groups and Organizations
        Individual Canadian artists

And any topics you feel are relevant to the Canadian Craft industry.

        Thanks for your participation.

Great to be here! I am from Sarnia, Ontario- used to live in Toronto, London and also Vancouver- and now live in Atlanta, Georgia. Are there any members who live in Atlanta? if so, join Atlanta Canadians and also message me! There is a great Canada Day party at Meehan's every year- maybe we could meet up there! Can't wait for art opportunities in Canada!!!! Is this group just for Canadians, or are Americans allowed to join it, too?
